"It takes years to gain a customer....but just seconds to lose one!"
YOU ALWAYS CONTROL THE COST
..by controlling the work you wish us to do
Every restaurant, bar and night club is unique and different. The needs of every operator are different and therefore it is absolutely necessary that every consultant program be individually designed for that specific, individual operation. Our Consultant costs are dependent on the program that you feel your operation requires... We design our program to fit your operation and we design our costs to fit your budget.
NO MATTER WHAT…….
"Can you afford not to have an expert working JUST for you?"
OUR INITIAL ASSESSMENT IS AT
ABSOLUTELY NO COST OR OBLIGATION TO YOU
We will visit your operation, talk with you and others you direct us too, and assess our ability to assist you. Rest assured we will not take on a project where we do not feel we can assist you in improving your operation and your bottom line.
From this interview we will then develop a detailed "Scope of Work" which will outline our initial assessment of what we can do for you. Although the items on this scope of work will not change, we will recommend certain areas based on your requested budget. We always work within your budget. At this point you can actually pick and choose from this scope of work in determining the work you would like us to do for you. YOU make the decisions as to what you would like to have done and how you want to do it. Naturally the amount of work and the areas that you choose will determine the cost of our services.
Once you have determined the "scope of work" you would like to have done, we will determine the final cost to you based on the hours required to complete this work, and the number of consultant personnel you desire to assist with implementing the project.
WEEKLY FEES
We can assess our fees and charges on a weekly basis, based upon the "Scope of Work" that you determine needs to be completed. This allows you to change the scope of work as we move along to affect the best possible improvement in your bottom line, without incurring additional costs. Your weekly costs are standardized regardless of the work you request to be completed during that week.
SINGLE PROJECT COST
If you determine that you only require a "specific project" to be completed by us, we will develop a scope of work and cost estimate depending solely on that project. Additional costs would be assessed for additional project or for a change of direction based upon information developed.
LENGTH OF AGREEMENT
The length of our agreement is determined by YOU, and depends solely on the scope of work that you determine needs to be completed. This agreement may be as short as a single day or as long as a year or more
SERVICES ON RETAINER
Following our completion of the scope of work as determined by you and the fulfillment of our agreement period, our services may be placed on a retainer basis. With a small monthly payment, you have access to unlimited advice by telephone or email for any of the challenges that we have handled for you or that may come up in your operation.
EQUITY RETAINER
Although this is something that we do not often do, under certain circumstances, we are willing to discuss an equity position in your operation in exchange for part of our services.
Step 1 - INITIAL REVIEW
Our no cost, no obligation meeting with you to discuss your needs, your desires and what you think your operation requires to make the bottom line even better and your operation run even smoother. This leads to a mutually accepted agreement for the scope of work and allows us to continue to Step 2.
Step 2 - COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW
Our "Needs Assessment Review" conducts a comprehensive and detailed review of every aspect of your operation.. This review process will include meetings and interviews with owners, managers and staff, numerous on site visits by our consultants and reviews of forms and procedures of your operation.

Step 3 - DETAILED ASSESSMENT
Following our review process where all information is gathered by our consultants, Pacific Restaurant Consultants will conduct a detailed, comprehensive assessment of all information including information gathered during our onsite visits to your operation. This information is assessed with consideration to your specific operation criteria; it’s effectiveness in your operation and is compared to generally accepted standards within the service industry.
Following this assessment, P.R.C. will produce a comprehensive report detailing each area where information was gathered, a complete evaluation of each area and our specific recommendations for improvements or changes developed under your specific guidelines for your operation.
Step 4 - IMPLEMENTATION
Following your receipt of our final report, you decide which areas of our recommendations that you would like to implement. P.R.C. will then develop a detailed program for implementation of those recommendations and will remain with you through the training and implementation of those programs, no matter how long it takes.
It is your decision how long we stay
